We have stood on the same road in Chikhli long enough that people bring us the jewellery their grandmothers bought here — to be polished, re-strung, or melted into something new for a granddaughter.

A jewellery purchase in this district is rarely a whim. It is a wedding, a birth, a good harvest, a daughter finishing her degree. It is money that took years to put aside.
So we do the unglamorous things properly: show the weight before the price, print the making charges, hallmark everything, and take back what we sold at full value whenever you need it back. That is the entire business model. It has been enough for three generations.

The shop takes the name it carries today. Traditional Maharashtrian work — saaj, thushi, nath, putali — becomes what people travel from nearby talukas for.
Hallmarking

The showroom moves to full BIS hallmarking well before it was compulsory, and starts printing making charges separately on every bill.

A dedicated bridal room, an in-house workshop, and a growing custom-order book built almost entirely from families sending other families.

not behind a catalogue
Nakshi carving is done by hand. Thushi is strung bead by bead. Nothing that leaves here was cast in a mould somewhere else and re-labelled.

Your design is drawn to scale on paper first — length, drop, bead size, everything you will actually feel when you wear it.
Weight & costing
Gold weight and making charges are fixed in writing before work starts, against the budget you set. They do not move afterwards.

Drawn, beaded, carved, soldered and set by our own karigars. You are welcome to see the piece half-finished.
Assay & handover
BIS hallmarked with a HUID, weighed again in front of you, and billed to the gram.

Every gold piece is BIS hallmarked with a six-digit HUID. Look it up on the BIS Care app while you are standing at the counter.
The rate is on the board
The day's gold rate is displayed. Making charges are a separate line on the bill — never hidden inside the weight.

Gold bought here comes back at full value, whenever you need it to. Melting loss is on us.
Aftercare included
Polish, re-stringing, clasp repairs and re-sizing on our pieces — done in-house, usually the same week.
